Where does Fuff Apparel deliver to?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the UK. If you’re based in the EU, and you’d like to make an order; please e-mail us and we’ll do our best to help.
How long do Fuff Apparel orders take to ship?
Usually, our T-Shirt and Sweatshirt orders arrive with customers within 7 days to 10 days. Each of our products is custom printed to requirements, so although our shipping takes a bit longer, we (and you!) know that we’re not contributing to any stock overproduction or product and fabric wastage, which is much better for the environment.
What is Fuff Apparel's refund policy?
If you’re not happy with an order, please get in touch so we can help resolve the issue. We can’t offer refunds on items that you change your mind about (because each order is printed especially for each customer). If you have a concern or complaint about quality, we can either look at getting the item re-printed and shipped to you by way of replacement, or we can ask that you return the item so that we can issue you with a prompt refund. Customers should pay for their own returns unless we can see from photos that our printers have made a mistake, in which case Fuff Apparel will cover the returns cost.
Customer service is important to us, and we’ll always respond as quickly as possible to any queries, questions or (hopefully rare!) complaints. E-mail us at: studio@fuffdesign.co.uk
Can you change or cancel an order once it’s been placed with Fuff Apparel?
Ideally, because each item is printed specifically for each customer order, the answer is no!
But if you change your mind quickly for some (weird!) reason, get in touch with us asap and we’ll see if we can cancel with our print provider. If not, our refund policy would apply.
What are Fuff Apparel's eco-credentials?
It’s hard to be totally eco-friendly and to run a business - but we work really hard at this.
Fast fashion isn’t our thing. We design t-shirts and sweatshirts that we believe will stand the test of time, wearing well and featuring classic graphics and illustrations that will look cool forever.
Our print-on-demand business model is great for reducing and preventing waste, because our brilliant supply partners only produce and print a t-shirt or sweatshirt once an order is received.
Our t-shirts suppliers work with Better Cotton to improve cotton farming globally, and we’re always seeking out more sustainable products that work for our price point.
Our sweatshirt range is made from organic cotton and a small amount of re-cycled polyester, using Peta-Approved Vegan fabric.
We can’t currently offer customers totally eco-friendly packaging, but we’re working with our suppliers to make this happen. Sometimes being a small business is tough, because you can’t ask for stuff like bespoke packaging - but we’ll keep on trying!
Our studio practices are generally geared towards preventing waste, re-cycling everything we can when relevant and to reducing any unnecessary consumption of materials, paper or utilities.
We’re also really good at composting.
We regularly review our environment credentials as a company, and we’ll keep on working to make our products, packaging and business practice as sustainable as possible.
